Monthly lease prices amount 1 % of estimated average domain value. The lease price for all domains with estimated average value under 1.000 € is 9,90 € per month. Appraisals are made using the CPC (google AdWords), market prices and the evaluation system swiftappraisal.com, which is based on following factors:

Marketability. The value of a domain name depends strongly on the size and profitability of the market it is targeting and on the portion of the market it applies to.

Clarity. A good domain name should describe its content well and associate with a product, a service or a brand.

Memorability. A domain name should be easy to remember, easy to recognize and hard to misspell.

Popularity. The more popular is the website, the better its ranking on search engines.

Extension. It is the last part of a domain name called Top Level Domain (TLD), e.g. com, net, eu, de, etc. Com is the most valuable TLD.

Length. It is defined by the number of characters in a domain name (except for extension). Shorter domain names are easier to type and more valuable.

Words. The less words or parts domain name contains, the higher its value.

Hyphens. Domain names with hyphens are less valuable than domain names without hyphens. It is useful to have both versions.

Numerals. Numbers in the domain name reduce its value.

Substitutions. Domain names that contain substitutions, like “k” instead of “c” or “4” instead of “for”, are less valuable than domain names without such substitutions.

Abbreviations. Abbrevations reduce the value of a domain name as well.

Legal: Our domains are registered, used, displayed and exploited in good faith, and in accordance with the procedures and rules of EU Regulations 733/2002, 874/2004 and 1654/2005. They are generic, descriptive and are not under trademark, intellectual property, or other rights of any third party. Even though we have carefully checked possible rights of third party, it could be possible that a domain name violates third party rights. Without foregoing contact with us, the dissuasion and other advocat costs will be treated in the sense of obligation of damage limitation (German law) as groundless and will be refused.
